Embargo to Nigeria - 07/23/2010
An embargo has been decided on freight to Port Harcourt and Lagos (Nigeria) for an indefinite time. Local authorities have suddenly imposed reception by Internet of any customs procedure. Air companies had not been informed of this change on time to set up necessary systems.
There is no problem on post shipments to this destination.

ATC strike - 07/16/2010
Air Traffic Controllers strike forseen from 20th to 22nd of July.
They are affraid of the dismantling of the DGAC ( General Direction of Civil Aviation ). Following the announcement of the creation of a European air traffic regulation organization, they declaimed 500 redundancies.
Russia - 07/01/2010
Please be informed, that due to implementation of Customs Union between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan from 1st of July customs clearance in Russia is permanently frozen.
Thus, there are possible delays in clearance and delivery of parcels, consigned to Russia.
Approximate date when situation will come back to normal is the 08 of July.
Air Trafic, take off - 04/22/2010
This morning air traffic started again on airports of the North of Europe and France. According to Dominique Bussereau (Secretary of State for Transports), 30% of flights will be assured from Paris CDG and Orly.
Volcanic Ash - 04/19/2010
Due to Volcanic eruption in Island, Civil Aviation authority decided to interrupt Northern European air traffic. Parisian airports have cancelled their inbound and outbound flights.
Haiti - 04/06/2010
The service to Haiti is almost back to normal.
In fact, we are moving our consols in a daily basis, Customs is open again and we are delivering in all the country (except for infrastructures that have been destroyed by the earthquake).
We ask you to provide us a mobile phone number for each shipment, in order to contact consignee.
Nevertheless, we should'nt forget victims : families, children, they still need our help.
Algeria - 04/06/2010
Please note that we are currently suffering from clearance delays in Algeria.
Customs officers have been requested to be more attentive on descriptions and declared values, which leads to additional delays in customs clearance process. Parcels and high value shipments could be held for 48h.
All local carriers support the same difficulties. Thank you for your understanding.
