  • What do we mean by harmonious?
It is doing things better by maximizing the efficient use of  bellyhold space in passenger aircraft rather than freighter aircraft which allows us to move cargo fast and at a competitive prices, but without emitting extra CO2.

It also means optimizing our resources – technical, human and financial. This encourages a culture of innovation and constant investment in technology.

Our HR vision

It also means multi-task working and sharing our personnel with our main partners, thus improving transparency, mutual understanding and doubling the opportunities and career prospects of our staff.

We also aim to make our employees take more responsibility and interest them in investing in  the life of the company. This has existed for some 10 years whilst the the collective savings plan has been going for 5 years.

Except for the top management,100% of our positions are open to internal promotion. Every employee can move upwards at Sodexi.
